If you're a veterinarian who wants support for the day-to-day, or if you're looking for your next level because you know there's so much more than now and you're not sure where to start, then you've come to a dang good place, my friend!
I help you find a career worth working for. The art of fulfillment side. See we know how to achieve that’s not the problem. The signs of achievement comes easy to a lot of us. The problem is we run so hard for so long grinding with our heads down that we create this trench that we are now stuck in and that we can’t see out of because it’s so deep called our day-to-day lives. And you’ve not forgotten how to achieve you’ve just lost the lens that allows you to see what you’ve been through what you’ve already achieved and who you are and therefore what you can grow into next and how you can contribute so therefore you start to forget the art of fulfillment.
SOUND FAMILIAR?
Maybe you're facing the challenges of feeling lost, stuck, or frustrated with where you are. Maybe you're wanting to grow or level up in your career but doubt, fear, and overwhelm have become your sidekicks. Or maybe you're needing help just managing the day-to-day stress that comes with the job - I've been there, done that, got all the t-shirts!
I believe that chronic stress, burnout, and compassion fatigue are all big problems that need our attention and solutions. But the problem I found is I didn’t identify with any of those while I was in them. It wasn't until I moved, full career pivot, into industry that I could finally look back and go "Whoa! That's where we were Kel"... If we're not aware (and even if we are but don't have the right skills), little things pile up until our lens is too narrow to see the big picture.
And I promise, veterinary medicine is an industry worth celebrating. We are some of creation's best stewards, but we serve no one by playing small or getting knocked out of the game.
I believe you should love your career. After all, it's a big part of your life! And if you don't love it, then you should be able to get to that place. And guess what? You can! But it took me a while to find out how.
Let me help you realize where you are and more importantly, remember WHY you started. I mean we go way back...like the vet version of Genesis. From there, we get crystal clear on where you want to go, create a plan to keep you on course, and utilize tried and true strategies to ensure you accomplish what your heart is set on.
Oh, and that you actually ENJOY the journey along the way!
I'm a small town country girl who, unlike most in my field, heard the calling to be a veterinarian late in college (through a Physical Therapy seminar!). Regardless of timing, it's obvious that both nature and nurture had set me up to become someone who could care for the natural world.
What I didn't realize, and would learn very quickly, was that without knowing how to manage myself first, the calling, identity, and rewards of "veterinarian" wouldn't be worth it.
Does knowing your worth (in this instance, what you should get paid) feel vague and impersonal? You're in good hands! Sign up below to receive my complete breakdown of need-to-knows and questions to consider so you can feel confident in the value you bring.

I'M READY
If you're in stagnation, frustration, contributing "less than what you know you can give", or feeling a general lack of purpose, then good news - you have the answers. You just need support in bringing them out. Let me guide you (because I've been there) to feeling like you have a career worth working for.
This lights me up more than anything - seeing others grow in their potential to do great things. Specifically, those with the biggest, most selfless hearts in my own industry. Veterinarians. We are stewards. Advocates for those without a voice. We are caregivers, consultants, and advisors. And I believe with conviction that when we better ourselves, we can do even more good in the world.
